Main Ingredients
- 200 g Vermicelli rice noodles
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, etc.), julienned
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1. Soak the vermicelli rice noodles in hot water for about 5 minutes or until soft. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until they start to soften.
4. Add the soaked vermicelli noodles to the wok. Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
