Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 cups finely chopped cabbage
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 package dumpling wrappers
  • as needed Water (for sealing wrappers)

Instructions 

  1. Mix pork, cabbage, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl.
  2. Place a small spoonful of filling in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
  3. Wet the edges of the wrapper with water, fold, and seal.
  4. Cook dumplings in boiling water for 5-7 minutes or until they float.
  5. Optionally, pan-fry boiled dumplings in a bit of oil until golden brown.
