- 2 lbs Chicken wings
- ½ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Honey
- 2 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
Place the wings on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 45 minutes, turning halfway through, until wings are golden and cooked through.
