Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup Carrots, sliced
- 1 cup Celery, sliced
- 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a large pot, heat a bit of oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
2. Add carrots, celery, and mushrooms. Cook for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
4. Add the shredded chicken, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.
