Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken breast, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup Carrots, sliced
  • 1 cup Celery, sliced
  • 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, heat a bit of oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  2. 2. Add carrots, celery, and mushrooms. Cook for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
  3. 3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add the shredded chicken, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. 5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve hot.
