Main Ingredients
- 1 head Chinese cabbage shredded
- 2 pcs Carrots julienned
- ¼ cup Green onions chopped
Dressing
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
- 1 clove Garlic minced
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded Chinese cabbage, julienned carrots, and chopped green onions.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic to make the dressing.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
