Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 can Kidney Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Beef Broth

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot, and cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Add the kidney beans, diced tomatoes, and beef broth. Bring to a boil.
  5. 5. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve hot.
