  • 1 cup Chili flakes
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chili flakes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Stir in soy sauce, sugar, and salt. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Let it cool and transfer to a jar.
