Chili Con Carne

Main Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed (14 oz)
- 1 cup beef broth
- to taste salt and pepper
Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
Add ground beef, cook until browned.
Stir in cumin, paprika, and chili powder. Cook for 1 minute.
Add tomatoes, beans, and broth. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, simmer for 45 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
