Main Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- ½ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- ¼ cup green onions, chopped
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 1 small green chili, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- to taste Salt and pepper
In a bowl, combine cilantro, parsley, green onions, tomato, green chili, and garlic.
Add olive oil and red wine vinegar. Mix well.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Let it sit for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
