- 4 Poblano Peppers
- 1 cup Cheese shredded
- 3 Eggs separated
- 1 cup Flour
- 1 cup Oil for frying
Roast the peppers until the skin is charred. Peel off the skin and remove seeds.
Stuff the peppers with cheese.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in yolks and flour.
Dip stuffed peppers in batter and fry until golden brown.
