- 1 lb Ground chicken
- 1 cup Chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Grated ginger
- 1 pack Wonton wrappers
- 1 cup Vegetable oil (for frying)
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger.
2. Place a small spoonful of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
3. Fold the wrapper over the filling to create a triangle, and press the edges to seal.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the wontons in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
6. Remove wontons with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
