Instructions
Cook ground chicken in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
Add carrots, green onions, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Spoon the mixture into wonton wrappers and fold into taco shapes.
Serve with cilantro, peanuts, and lime wedges if desired.
