Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • ¼ cup chopped peanuts optional
  • Lime wedges optional

Instructions 

  1. Cook ground chicken in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add carrots, green onions, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. Spoon the mixture into wonton wrappers and fold into taco shapes.
  4. Serve with cilantro, peanuts, and lime wedges if desired.
