Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- 1 cup Water
- 200 grams Udon noodles
- 1 cup Cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 1 cup Sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 inch Ginger, minced
- 2 stalks Green onions, sliced
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a large pot, bring the chicken broth and water to a boil.
2. Add the udon noodles and cook according to package instructions.
3. In a separate pan, heat the sesame oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
4. Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook until they are tender.
5. Add the cooked chicken, soy sauce, and sautéed mushrooms to the pot with the noodles. Stir to combine.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
