Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 12 pieces Corn tortillas
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cheese, garlic powder, cumin, and chili powder.
  3. Warm the tortillas in a skillet over medium heat until pliable.
  4. Place about 2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla and roll tightly.
  5. Place the rolled taquitos on a baking sheet and brush with vegetable oil.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy.
