Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 lb Chicken breast sliced thin
  • 2 packs Ramen noodles
  • 1 cup Sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 stalks Green onions chopped
  • 2 eggs Soft-boiled eggs halved

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
  2. 2. Add sliced chicken breast and cook until done, about 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Add ramen noodles, mushrooms, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for another 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Serve hot, topped with green onions and soft-boiled egg halves.
