Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 4 pieces Flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Instructions 

  1. Heat the skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese over it.
  3. Spread the shredded chicken evenly over the cheese.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the chicken and cover with another tortilla.
  5. Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from skillet, cut into wedges, and serve warm.
