Egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Roll out puff pastry sheets and cut into squares.
Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each square.
Fold the pastry over the filling to form a triangle and seal the edges with a fork.
Brush the tops with beaten egg.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
