  • 4 slices bread preferably sourdough
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast shredded
  • 0.5 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoon butter softened

Instructions

  2. 2. On the unbuttered side, layer mozzarella, chicken, marinara sauce, and parmesan.
  3. 3. Top with another slice of bread, buttered side out.
  4. 4. Heat skillet over medium heat. Cook sandwiches until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
