Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 4 pieces chicken thighs, bone-in, skin-on
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- to taste salt and pepper
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Stir in sweet paprika and smoked paprika, cook for another minute.
Add chicken thighs to the skillet, skin-side down. Cook until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
Pour in chicken broth, bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for 30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
Remove chicken from skillet. Stir in sour cream, season with salt and pepper. Return chicken to skillet and heat through.
Serve hot, with sauce spooned over chicken.
