  • 2 cups Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 units Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Dredge the chicken pieces in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
