  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.25 cup chopped green onions
  • 0.25 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, salsa, sour cream, and half of the cheeses.
  3. Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
  4. Top with remaining cheese.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  6. Garnish with green onions, cilantro, and jalapeño slices.
  7. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
