- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 0.5 cup sour cream
- 0.25 cup chopped green onions
- 0.25 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)
- Tortilla chips for serving
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, salsa, sour cream, and half of the cheeses.
Spread the mixture into a baking dish.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
Garnish with green onions, cilantro, and jalapeño slices.
Serve warm with tortilla chips.
