- 4 pieces Chicken breasts, pounded thin
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 pieces Eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 0.25 cup Olive oil
1. Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumb mixture.
4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
5. Cook the chicken breasts until golden brown and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
6. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
7. Serve hot with a wedge of lemon or a simple salad.
