Instructions
1. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
2. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, then dip in eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry chicken until golden and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
4. Spread refried beans on the bottom half of each roll. Place a fried chicken breast on top.
5. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, and pickled jalapeños. Cover with the top half of the roll.
6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
