Chicken Makhani Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken breast cut into cubes
- 1 cup Tomato puree
- ½ cup Heavy cream
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon Kasuri methi dried fenugreek leaves
1. Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add ginger garlic paste and sauté until fragrant.
3. Add chicken and cook until browned.
4. Stir in tomato puree, garam masala, cumin, coriander, salt, and sugar.
5. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
6. Add heavy cream and kasuri methi, cook for another 10 minutes.
7. Serve hot with naan or rice.
