Instructions
1. Prepare the chicken drumettes by cutting the meat around the base and pushing it down to create a lollipop shape.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
3. Dip each chicken lollipop into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
4. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F (175°C).
5. Fry the chicken lollipops in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
6. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
