Chicken Lettuce Wraps Recipe
Quick and easy chicken lettuce wraps, perfect for a light lunch or dinner.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground chicken
- 1 Onion, diced
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Red bell pepper, diced
- ¼ cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
- 1 head Butter lettuce leaves separated
- 2 tablespoon Green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
Heat the skillet over medium heat. Add the ground chicken and cook until browned.
Add the diced onion, minced garlic, and red bell pepper. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
Stir in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and rice vinegar. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the sesame oil.
Spoon the chicken mixture into the lettuce leaves. Top with sliced green onions. Serve immediately.
