Main Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken thighs cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Sake
- 1 tablespoon Grated ginger
- 1 cup Potato starch
- 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sake, and grated ginger.
2. Add chicken pieces to the bowl and marinate for 15 minutes.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Coat each piece of chicken in potato starch.
5. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
6. Remove chicken from oil and drain on paper towels.
7. Serve hot with a wedge of lemon or your favorite dipping sauce.
