Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1 pc Red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 pc Green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 pc Red onion, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Thread chicken, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers.
  5. 5. Grill kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
