Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 units Eggs
  • ½ cup Grated cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, breadcrumbs, eggs, grated cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. 3. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Scoop spoonfuls of the mixture and shape into small patties.
  5. 5. Fry the patties in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
