  • 4 pieces Cube Steaks
  • 2 cups All-purpose Flour
  • 2 cups Buttermilk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Dredge the steaks in flour, then dip in a mixture of buttermilk and eggs, and dredge again in flour.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the steaks until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. 4. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
