Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Cube Steaks
- 2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 2 cups Buttermilk
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil for frying
1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
2. Dredge the steaks in flour, then dip in a mixture of buttermilk and eggs, and dredge again in flour.
3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the steaks until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
4. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
