Ingredients

  • 2 cups Shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese
  • 12 small Corn tortillas
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the tortillas in a microwave or on a skillet until pliable.
  2. 2. Place a small amount of shredded chicken and cheese in the center of each tortilla.
  3. 3. Roll the tortillas tightly and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
  4. 4. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the flautas until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Remove the flautas and drain on paper towels.
  7. 7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
