Instructions
1. Heat the tortillas in a microwave or on a skillet until pliable.
2. Place a small amount of shredded chicken and cheese in the center of each tortilla.
3. Roll the tortillas tightly and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
4. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
5. Fry the flautas until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.
