  • 1 lb Chicken breast cut into strips
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 pcs Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season chicken strips with salt and pepper.
  2. 2. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry chicken strips until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
