Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 300 g chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 package puff pastry sheets, thawed

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  3. Add curry powder and cook for another minute.
  4. Add diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  5. Stir in frozen peas and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
  6. Cut puff pastry sheets into squares. Place a spoonful of chicken mixture in the center of each square.
  7. Fold the pastry over to form a triangle and seal the edges with a fork. Brush with beaten egg.
  8. Place on a baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
