Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- 4 slices Ham
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Pound chicken breasts to ¼ inch thickness.
Place a slice of ham and cheese on each breast, then roll up and secure with toothpicks.
Mix breadcrumbs, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Brush chicken rolls with olive oil and coat with breadcrumb mixture.
Place in a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
