Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces Chicken Breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 slices Ham cut into small pieces
- 4 slices Swiss Cheese cut into small pieces
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 pieces Eggs beaten
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place a piece of ham and a piece of cheese on each chicken piece. Roll them up and secure with a toothpick.
Dip each chicken roll in the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Place the chicken bites on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
