  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 slices Ham cut into small pieces
  • 4 slices Swiss Cheese cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 pieces Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place a piece of ham and a piece of cheese on each chicken piece. Roll them up and secure with a toothpick.
  3. Dip each chicken roll in the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. Place the chicken bites on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
