Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 whole Chicken cut into pieces
  • 2 large Carrots chopped
  • 2 stalks Celery chopped
  • 1 large Onion quartered
  • 3 cloves Garlic smashed
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Peppercorns
  • 2 pcs Bay Leaves
  • 8 cups Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place the chicken pieces in a large pot.
  2. 2. Add the carrots, celery, onion, garlic, salt, peppercorns, and bay leaves.
  3. 3. Pour in the water and bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Reduce heat and simmer for about 2 hours.
  5. 5. Strain the broth and discard the solids.
  6. 6. Let the broth cool before storing or using.
