Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rice uncooked
  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add chicken breasts, cook until browned on both sides.
  4. 4. Add rice, chicken broth, and water to the skillet. Stir well.
  5. 5. Season with salt and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
  6. 6. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20-25 minutes until rice is cooked and liquid is absorbed.
  7. 7. Fluff the rice with a fork and serve hot.
