Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, diced
  • 1 package Gnocchi
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 cups Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Celery, diced
  • 1 cup Spinach, chopped
  • 1 medium Onion, diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, cook the diced chicken over medium heat until fully cooked.
  2. 2. Add the onions, garlic, carrots, and celery. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. 3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add the gnocchi and cook until they float to the top.
  5. 5. Stir in the heavy cream and spinach. Cook until the spinach is wilted.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
