1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
2. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
3. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
4. Meanwhile, cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and add to the skillet with the Alfredo sauce.
5. Slice the cooked chicken breasts and add to the skillet. Toss everything together until well combined.
6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
