Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce
  • ½ cup Vinegar white or cane vinegar
  • 6 cloves Garlic crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Black Peppercorns whole
  • 3 pcs Bay Leaves
  • 1 cup Water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine chicken, soy sauce, and garlic in a large pot. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Add vinegar, water, peppercorns, and bay leaves to the pot. Bring to a boil.
  3. 3. Lower heat and simmer for 30-45 minutes, until chicken is tender and sauce has reduced.
  4. 4. Serve hot with steamed rice.
