Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken, boneless cut into small pieces
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 2 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 2 tablespoon Cornflour
  • 2 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • as needed Oil for deep frying

Garnish

  • 1 handful Curry leaves
  • 2 Green chilies slit

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cornflour, all-purpose flour, salt, yogurt, and lemon juice. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a deep fryer or deep pan over medium heat.
  3. 3. Once the oil is hot, fry the marinated chicken pieces in batches until they are golden brown and crispy.
  4. 4. Remove the fried chicken pieces and drain on paper towels.
  5. 5. In the same oil, fry curry leaves and green chilies for a few seconds and use them to garnish the chicken.
  6. 6. Serve hot.
