Main Ingredients
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 1 cup milk (any kind)
- 1 tablespoon sweetener (optional)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
1. In a bowl, combine chia seeds, milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract.
2. Stir well to combine.
3. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
5. Serve chilled with your favorite toppings.
