A simple and healthy chia pudding recipe.

Main Ingredients
- ½ cup Chia seeds
- 2 cups Milk (any kind)
- 1 tablespoon Maple syrup or honey optional
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract optional
1. In a bowl, mix chia seeds and milk.
2. Add maple syrup or honey and vanilla extract if using. Stir well.
3. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
5. Serve chilled, topped with your favorite fruits or nuts.
