In a small bowl, combine melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Pour the butter mixture over the cereal mix, stirring to coat evenly.
Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet.
Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
