- 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Cucumber diced
- ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper
- ¼ cup Fresh Basil chopped
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, and thinly sliced red onion.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Toss to coat the vegetables evenly.
3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
4. Sprinkle the chopped fresh basil over the salad and give it a final toss.
5. Serve immediately or let it sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
