- 12 pieces Cherry peppers seeded and halved
- 1 cup Cream cheese softened
- ½ cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup Chopped chives
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped chives, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Stuff each cherry pepper half with the cheese mixture.
Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
