Cherry Clafoutis
A classic French dessert with cherries baked in a custard-like batter.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 ¼ cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups cherries, pitted
- 1 tablespoon butter, for greasing
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.
Add the eggs one at a time, whisking until smooth.
Gradually add the milk and vanilla extract, whisking until the batter is smooth and well combined.
Pour a thin layer of batter into the prepared baking dish. Arrange the cherries evenly over the batter.
Pour the remaining batter over the cherries.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the clafoutis is puffed and golden brown.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
