  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Chopped Spinach thawed and drained
  • 1 cup Chopped Artichoke Hearts canned or jarred, drained
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, and garlic. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  5. Serve warm with chips, bread, or veggies.
