- 6 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, cheddar cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, onions, salt, and black pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
