  • 1 loaf French bread sliced in half lengthwise
  • 4 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried parsley

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and minced garlic.
  3. Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the French bread.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the buttered bread.
  5. Sprinkle dried oregano and parsley over the cheese.
  6. Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, slice into breadsticks, and serve warm.
